Return Policy
All the Organic Sleep products are made-to-order products on which cancellation/return/refund is not allowed except for replacement, subject to the Warranty Policy. Products are covered under the manufacturing warranty for the specific time period. In case you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you need to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

You need to share the images of the damaged, defective or wrong product received with your Order ID, Name and delivery address. Our team will check and revert you ASAP. In this case free replacement would be done within 2-3 weeks subject to assessment of the complaint.
Note – Any kind of refund or replacement on customized size mattress is not applicable.
